I had like eight nightmares in a row a couple nights ago and I remember them very clearly. I only woke a bunch of times because there were some awful things to do with animals but I was determined to see the whole thing through so I went back to sleep each time.
One thing that stuck was this one spirit who was invisible. You only knew he was there because he spoke and you could see his shadow. You could also walk into him.
Anyway he was in an abandoned house my group had to walk through..

... and he was speaking and helping us through. He wanted to with us but we didn't totally respond to his request right away since so much as nudging him could send him off the rails (we watched the first guy get shredded). Anyway I used this Lense thing to see invisible objects and I accidentally caught him as he turned to face me and man. This guy had mutilated around his eyes but he only had one big red/orange eye and he started screaming at me for looking at his face and rushed over to strangle me to death. But I managed to calm him weirdly enough. He insisted we hold hands so I wouldn't have to use the lense again and so I knew where he was/where I was going. //I'm partially sighted in my dreams

so yeah I held hands with a monster and had to act like it was normal or he'd freak again.
