Installment No. 5: Bella, the Queen of the Butterflies and the Fairy Folk. She does not belong in the army, but rather rules a seperate kingdom and can be a helpful ally to Queen Stephie. :)
I am really proud of this one, and although the water and grass look kinda dumb, at least my landscaping is coming along.

love all the colors! Her dress looks like it took a lot of work, great job! Re: i normally use q mixture of the blured and 'bristled?' brushes, and rarely ever use the solid one at all.
