I thought I'd focus on the play button for this pic. Usually I trace my work, but this post is more detailed on my drawing methods with Street Fighter Chun-li.

First off, my tools: pencil (prefered H pencil), paper, earaser & a protractor.

Methods: I always start my work from the head down. Using the protractor, I can make a circle and then work the cheeks. From there, you can pretty much figure it out.
