good luck, hope still under warranty otherwise, be ready to be for a new one, had your problem with my dsi twice, first was under warranty, so got fix for free then second was after the warranty, they told me it would like two hundred, so I keep it broke as it is. lucky my threeds didn't get that problem yet, except scratch on screen, but I saw why, nintendo can't fix those, unless they redesign the three ds, don't know if you have the two scratch on screens, two parallel scratch, that's scratch due to a bad design.

The L button didn't respond sometime on my old 3DS, but I offer it to my boyfriend, and he blew in it, and ta daaa, it was fixed. xD (guess the device didn't wanted to obey me anymore XD)
The actual have like a little dust in the middle of the top screen, don't know where it came from, but it's not really disturbing. :o
(and I think I'm lucky I never had bigger problems 'cause I'm really clumsy, I make everything falling on the ground everytime @_@)

A repair of Nintendo(JP) was so bad, when broken my 3DS in last year! :( So, I had a fight with them...!!

Lookin cool so far! Also, lettin you know I'm still alive and around. Just had really bad artist block and from b-day money, got new games and was busy with them. Trying to get back in the groove here.

looks more like michael jackson anyways my dsi,s L,R buttons were also busted and i blew in it it started to work but soon it happened again i started to blow each time it got busted but it just started to get worse n now whatever i do it wont work anyways my 3ds is two n a half years old no button problem but has a big dent near the camera (dropped it from the stairs) XD it went flying
