SO! Today is the second official day I have been working at my dad's vet clinic! I am nervous a bit about answering the phone because I FEEL like I need to know everything to be able to help people who call, but I DON'T know a lot yet so I'm gonna have to get used to asking for help! Please share some phone answering advice with me and keep me in your prayers! Thanks guys!

One thing I learned, is to always answer the phone with a smile on your face. People seem to feel you smiling. Suggestion.. while smiling say, Hello, this is .....vet clinic how may I help you today.

Wow, I've never helped anyone with their job, and I've always hated talking on the phone, so I'm not sure how to help you!
I am also socially awkward when talking face-to-face with a stranger O_o
