Before you ask, the name of the city in Noitu Love is indeed called Omicron. It's in the song title for the boss fight against the Omega Darn in the first game, and in the ending cast credits in the second game.
Anyways, this has been in the works since March, and I'll start posting it up on my DA whenever I can.
There's no set date for its release, and updates will be sporadic.
I do not own the Noitu Love series nor the characters in it, I only own the characters that will appear in the comic.
