It looks like there's some wind, so maybe some kind of DRAMATIC ACTION is going on in the bg, creating a breeze. Like dragons having a pillow fight. Or a normal fight, whatever.

The only issue with that idea is she is already one of my pre-designed characters so I wouldn't want to make any changes to her design! However, maybe I'll try making a new oc with your ideas!
