you´re right. Detailed tracing of art is sometimes really good and worth a like, but I agree that you shouldn´t do that for memes. Well, even if I use a referrence, I don´t trace whole pictures :/

im not into memes and not tracing either,its more fun to do a painting from your mind freehand instead of tracing a meme hoping for 19999 stars :P

If people want to trace that's fine, if a trace has more stars than an original piece it doesn't matter either-people should just be happy their art is being seen and appreciated. I kind of agree with this specifically - if I see one more Nyan Cat I think I'm going to go insane!
