Very true. I mean, look at my first paintings as an example (they suck).

Yeah.

Yeah... :/ I can't tell you how frustrated and incompetant I've felt, how many times I cried, because I have this boundless world inside of me and creative drive with no way to show people because I couldn't put it into something tangeable. No matter how hard I tried, I couldn't take an image from my head and put it on paper like a printer. Having really bad anxiety problems made it unbearable but somehow I kept going. I'm 24 now and I think I've just recently hit the point I've been dream.ing about since I first picked up a crayon. o.o I often get discouraged by younger artists with more skill, but I have to remember that's not what matters. I'm not striving to be the best of the best, I just want to create amazing things and share my crazy imagination with others. ^-^

Oh and deadlines are good... for people without anxiety disorders. lol Having short deadlines makes my chest get all tight and then I can't breathe and then I get really anxious and by that time my creativity is totally blocked @____@ lol :s I CANNOT draw for crap when I'm stressed or sick.
