"I'm here for help and maybe advice depending on how nice people on C3D are.
I've been "different" my whole life I don't know why or how but I've always get teased or left out. I get made fun of being me, my art, my looks, my hoodies. They always seem to find something. I also always get left out. If I try to fit in every one just mocks me. I'm the only one in class who has to force a smile on my face and try not to cry my eyes out." (continued in comments)
The Colors! Gallery moderators will look at it as soon as possible.

(continued from description) "I go to therapy but that hasn't been helping. I have friends but being me I always lose them quickly. After summer I wasn't the person I liked anymore. I'm just a mess now. I don't talk to my mom or anyone about it because I'm too afraid.
I've also been feeling crazy sad, staying up all night, having an incredibly short temper, and being just confused about everything.
Thank you"

You know, everybody is different, unique. If people are teasing you, you HAVE to talk about it to your parents and people you trust! You don't have to try to fit in the people around you, be yourself. Hope it will help, you can do it! :)

I made an animation about why trying to fit in doesn't work. Really, you just want to be accepted and you don't know who or what you should or want to be to make that happen. Well, the secret has nothing to do with how you dress or your physical appearance. It's about how you feel about yourself. If you like yourself, you will be more open and positive and that will make others more comfortable around you, but if you feel unfomfortable being yourself, others will feel unfomfortable being around you. So, to change this, you're going to first need more sleep. You won't be able to control your moods and your hormones will be out of balance if you don't get enough sleep. There are several natural sleep aides such as melatonin that can help. Once you have more sleep, it will be easier to be comfortable and relaxed and then project those feelings out so others pick up on them subconsciously. Also, you're not the only one going through this, so talk to others in person or online.
