I Made her in like 8th grade or 9th idk idr...
I made her really just because I wanted another girl character--- other than my cutie Kono cvc. Insei adores Kono <3. I wanted Insei to be bubbly and sweet-- Though, everything she stands for is negative ^-^. (meaning of her name, and her hair style for ex)
Anywho-- Yep..Insei is prolly my eldest OC. She's 18 ^v^.
