This is a painting of a character from my manga Everlasting (still in progress). Her name is Mayu Sonata, and her nickname is Missy. She usually wears a tennis hat, but this is one of the rare occasions she takes it off. Mayu ends up with another female character called Noru and they eventually start dating.
