Aahh, I see. What I meant was give birthday shout-outs to people born in July. My b-day is Aug. 27 if you are curious. And, I know how you feel. I have a hard time reading Japanese. I try when I can, I play games with Nihongo language, but there are many difficult kanji to learn XD And thank you for saying happy birthday ^-^
