As far as I know there is no getting rid of playback length. Or rather extension of it either. Perhaps the fewer tools used the longer your playback limit will be. One of my pieces reached almost nine or ten hours before exceeding the limit(can't remember for sure). Great forground though! More time spent on your backgrounds will certainly add to your talents.
