ranks:

grunts - can have up to three pokemon, no maga evoloutions

officer - (leader of grunts, there can be only one), can have six pokemon, no mega, create their own outfit (must use team colors and have at least a tiny simularity to grunt outfit)
scientists - can have for pokemon, can have up to two mega

captin - (leader of scientists, can only be one), can have six pokemon, can have three mega (create outfit, must use team colors and look at least a little like a the scientist outfit)

admins - can have five pokemon, 1 mega

commander - (leader of admins, can only be one), can have six pokemon, 2 megas

second in command - @xeroblackblur has can give orders to all but the boss, awsers to the boss. can have any 6 pokemon and any mega

boss - @Death Angel (me), takes orders from no one and commands all but will listen to fellow members. can have any 6 pokemon and any megas, only one that can have a legendary.

all anyone has to do to join is read the rules and draw themselfs in a team cloud grunt outfit (look for it in #TeamCloud tag)

u can draw ur self with ur 3 pokemon too if u want.

make sure to tag anything tezm related #TeamCloud

oh! and team clouds main type is flying (must anyways have 1) our secondary type is dragon (not needed)

ehhhh i dont think legedaries should be used outside of me and maybe 2nd in command.

i MIIIIGHT allow 1 each the officer, captin, and commander. idk. ill have to ask xeros opinion on that

sorry everyone starts off a grunt and has to earn to get promoted. and if u mean like fakemon then no becuz this team is placed in the set world of pokemon.

u must have 1 flying.
the team's prefered types are main flying, secondary dragon. but as long as u have 1 flying u can fill ur team out with whatever u want.
