I see the anime but i know the anime do show all the story of "Fruit basket", a beautifull story, "Toru" is a very very good girl, i very like her (maybe the number one of my number one of girl manga character, the first can be "Elis" from Rave, she's so funny and Her and Haru are a beautifull duo. :)).
