Captain Stephen Valius's long lost son. He is an Altian "prince." He was in line to lead his colony, but the Hailians attacked the Altian city in the name of "peace." He became the Hailian prince's "servant" of sorts to buy time to unlock a hidden Altian power that would push out the invaders. During the story, he becomes friends with the Hailian prince, Cornelius. #emss #luvius (and yes, he is wearing a Shruikan shirt X3 and the background is supposed to resemble faint, smuged blue ink.)
