the Beast, represents The Goverments of today and the past world powers.
The Harlot, represents all false religion, more specificly, religion that "fornicates" with other religions. Including those that "Ride the wild beast" or Religion that Is working with the Governments of this earth, not within Gods Kingdom.

oh Sorry the 'fornication' of the Harlot isnt nessesaraly just with other religions, its also 'fornicating' with Money/Greed, Idolisation... and i think some otner things too... id have to go back to research guides... maby not... x)
