people automatically get bounties in the city once they make a status of themselves? either amoungst the criminial or hero type things.
they appear on an app arranged by (a company), called bountyunder/bountynder (parody of tinder idk help??). it shows the rankings and requested bounties. once a bounty is complete it shows a gps location of the event and whether it was fatal.
