Reply: Actally, the glow effects are based off the original image, but for blue, you use a royal blue circle, a slightly smaller sky blue circle just over it, and white at the center. And blend it to create a smoothe light glare

well actually its my own style. i look on google images on anime eyes though...then i try and draw what i see. xD
