Hey, you take as long as you need to make your art look good. As for the whole positive drawing thing, you can draw whatever you want as long as you put your heart and soul into it...ok things are starting to sound cheesy. As for this drawing, ok. There are no words to express how good this looks! Oh wow I just turned on the 3D, it looks AMAZING! It kinda seems like you put on different shading styles for Steven and Pearl, which I think is a nice touch! I can't wait to see more of your art in the future! :D

Yeah I saw a spoiler the other day for this episode, it hasn't been aired yet, that's where this came from, if you don't mind spoilers look up sugilite ^-^ quite interesting who her voice actor is too!
