I can't believe it's been almost a year since I last did a Mighty No. 9 piece... I made this for the MN9 forum's Zodiac Contest. "Mily" is the fan name for Inafune's submitted design for Call, as her hair strongly resembles Dr. Wily. This design was rejected for Call, but the fans are hoping she'll still be in the final game! The zodiac sign I chose was Capricorn, so she's a goat/mermaid thing, I guess. Ah well, I think she turned out okay!
