SO IM LAYING DOWN IN BED RN AND IT FEELS LIKE IM SHIFTING UP AND DOWN WHEN IM ABSOLUTELY NOT MOVING AT ALL THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR ABOUT AN HOUR NOW HE L P. S O S.
:D that's how i feel before i got to sleep .. but the room is spining too.. i guess i've gotten used to it and find it comfroting.. idk but i don't think you got anything to worry about
I feel this way some time as well, like im suddenly falling or the world just turns upside down. All im ever told is drink MORE WATER and get MORE SODIUM! You should grow out of it eventually but if you really think its a problem consult a doctor. you just got knowledged!
Sometimes that happens to me, especially when I've recently been in a wave pool at a waterpark or on something like a rollercoaster. My body mimics the feel of being on those. I find it calming. Other times I'm about to fall asleep and I feel as I'm falling off of something, or suddenly my knee jerks up.
