Tail redisign by Azire
No one probably remebers(how the heck do you spell that word?) but when I first joined Colors, I mentioned that Matari can paint from her tail, so I decided to make the tail look more suited for painting.

I would actually think she'd look better as a Smeargle, even though Smeargles are as useless as Magicarp. :U
