ive been gone for awhile (waaay to long), and i decided that this couldnt wait any longer. so we're jumping in w/out warning as celebration for reaching 20 followers (again). anyone is welcomed to stay and read, but beware, im not responsible if any content that may or may not make certain people uncomfertable, cuz im warning you right now, it's an rp, and who knows what happens in rps!
thank you for twenty followers (again) you guys!

aaaand start from here:
*Alexander lays face down on the ground underneath a cliff face and wakes with a groan. the last thing he remembers is being with his older brother and then blacking out. he opens his fuschia colored eyes then pushes himself up from ground into a sitting position and surveys his surroundings. the sky is a sickly green color, the soil is dead and gray, a foul(?) smelling black smoke hangs in the air, the nearby pond is glowing a toxic green color, there are no other visible signs of life, and to top it off the sun looks like something you see in a nuclear apocalypse movie. he freezes as he feels another, sinister presence, but doesn't see anyone* h-hello...? is anyone else...h-here.....?

Rakyu: "heheheheh.... Looks like you finally woke up, boy. Welcome... to Purgatory!"
*he is standing on the top of the cliff, looking down at Alexander. His wings are out*

*Alexander's eyes widen in surprise and fear and he looks up at the cliff top* Purgatory...? am i...d-dead?

Rakyu: "Heheh... If not, you will be soon..."
*he takes out his bow and aims at Alexander*

*Alexander scrambles to his feet and runs out into the eradiated sunlight only to quickly retreat back into the shade as the sunlight had burnt his skin* ...!?

Rakyu: "The light is your friend no more! Haha!"
*he shoots explosive arrows in his direction, they don't hit him, but the concussive blasts/shockwaves do.*

[should we trade FCs so that we can see when we are on for rps? i'll give yew mine, if you want]

*Alexander gets thrown to the ground by the shockwaves and hastily zips his coat up and pulls the hood up and shakily gets to his feet and makes a break for the sunlight now that his skin is covered*

*Rakyu shoots a his feet, not hitting him, but making him run*
Rakyu: "Haha! I love it when they run!"

*he stumbles as each shockwave hits but keeps running, he's a fast runner regardless of his short height* what do you want with me!?

Rakyu: "I wanna hear your screams! Hahaha!"

(alright, thank you)
*Alexander pauses for a second and has a brief 'wtf?' look on his face then continues running and looks for a place to hide*

Rakyu: "Heh... hide. Scramble. Run. It'll make this more fun. For now, enjoy this ruined place... Between Heaven and Hell. Again, welcome to Purgatory!"
*he flies off, letting Alexander go for now, letting the misery sink in more*

(i turned it off when my brother had a 3ds and i forgot to turn it back on)
*Alexander takes his coat off then collapses out of exhaustion in the shade of an old decrepit building. the hopeless-ness of his situation starts to set in and starts to quietly cry. regardless of the danger he knows he's in, he falls into sleep and dreams of home*

Rakyu: "How pitiful...."
*he flies off to his own hideout, at the top of a jagged, sunbaked mountain. he made himself a small fortress, where he can observe his victims*

(want me to turn it back on?)
*a few hours later Alexander awakens when the sun has been covered by thick black smoke in the air.* i've gotta get out of here... there must be a way out. right...?

Rakyu: "heheh... if you want out... you'll have to come to me, boy."
[sure, if you want]

(alrighty)
Alexander: if i do that you'll just be able to k!ll me easier or you might tor.ture me or something!

Rakyu: "hmpf... it's true, but it is your only option... think it over."
*he leaves Alexander*

Alexander: ... -thinks: would death really be that bad of a fate if i'm trapped in here....? i don't wanna die. but...- *after thinking about it for several minutes he makes the decision to go see Rakyu*

*the mountain is extremely hard to climb and the fortress at the top is imposing*

Alexander: seriously...? it's gunna take me forever to climb this... *pulls himself up onto one of the boulders at the base then climbs up a little bit more*

*the rocks are very jagged and noxious fumes are all around, like a volcanoe*

*Alexander covers his mouth with his sleeve and climbs between a narrow, crooked path created by the jagged rocks that jut out and loses his footing multiple times, almost slipping to his death everytime. the rough terrain drains his strength quickly and he settles down in a crevice, alittle light headed from his effort and the fumes, he looks up at the moutain top* i've still got such a long way to go...and the sun is about to come out.....

*A mutated giant scorpion comes out and tries to pinch/sting him*

*screams and grabs his shoe off his foot then starts beating the scorpion with it and when that doesnt work the adrenaline from his fear spurrs him into action and he quickly starts scaling the mountain and sees a dead, petrified looking tree. he quickly climbs the tree and breathes out in relief when he's just out of range of the scorpion* wait... scorpions can't climb...can they...?

*the scorpion looses interest and goes away*

Alexander: d.amn scorpion... *zips his coat then pulls his hood up again and leans his back against the tree trunk and debates falling asleep until the smoke gathers again*

*small breeze blows. otherwise nothing stirs. It's pretty quiet up there, besides the wind and occasion rustleing of dead bushes n' plants*

*Alexander rests until the smoke thickens then wakes up and starts his ascension up the mountain again*

*the fortress doesn't seem defended. The gate is open*

*he sees what's going on with the fortress and stops dead in his tracks infront of the gate* -thinks: common sense and instinct tells me that this is a trap...- no way am i just waltzin' right on in there.....

*Rakyu's voice echos out*
Rakyu: "Or maybe I lowered my defenses so that you can come in alive. I was planning on a one-on-one fight. You win, you get to leave. You lose, you get kicked off the mountain and will have to fight your way back for another round. I maybe malicious, but I like duels. And I'm not a liar."

*he remembers the time when him and his older brother used to sword fight and how competive they used to get* ... you're not human. i'm sure of that. so idk how fair of a fight this'll be... but i didn't climb all the way up here for nothing. i'll accept your duel... *slowly steps into the fortress*

Rakyu: "I'll try to be more fair, I won't use arrows. I'll use my fists. I'll await you in the main hall."

*Alexander goes to him* how about swords instead....?

Rakyu: "You can use your sword. I'll use my fists. I dun care."

*he sighs* if you're not gunna use a weapon then i won't either. however. the first to give up loses. *takes his coat off and tosses it to the side*

*Rakyu has sp!ked knuckles on. He faces Alexander*

Alexander: you have the first move. *braces himself*

*In a blur of speed, rakyu rushes forward and slams his fist into Alexander's gut, throwing him back several feet*

*Alexander whimpers in pain as he rolls to a stop but quickly gets to his feet and rushes forward, ducks and sweeps Rakyu's feet out from under him with his foot and wrenchs Rakyu's arm behind him and presses his knee down betwewn Rakyu's shoulder blades with all his weight*

*Rakyu pushes him off by unfurling his wings. He punches Alexander in the face, breaking his jaw*

*he cries out in pain as his jaw sh.atters, he's had broken arms and legs before, but never a broken jaw. Alexander round house kicks Rakyu in the head then turns on his heel and grabs Rakyu's wrist then throws his weight forward and slams Rakyu into the floor* mutters: da.mn.....

*Rakyu elbows Alexander, breaking some of his ribs. He knees him in the gut and slams his head into the ground. He kicks Alexander away*

Alexander: s-son a b-bit.ch..... *he clutches at his chest and his senses are a bit fuzzy from having his head slammed into the ground,*

*Rakyu comes up with a hard punch to Alexander's chest, breaking more ribs and wrenchs his arm & throws him to the ground*
Rakyu: "bah... you are strong willed, but weak fleshed. You're finished here. Get out now, unless you want me to hurt you more. Come back when you're stronger. I may throw some obsticles in your way later, though... heh..."

*the only thing that registers in Alexander's mind is how much it all hurts. it hurts so much that his body is shaking, he looks like he might pass out*

*He touches Alexanders' forehead and uses a spell to make sure he knows what Rakyu just said, then he grabs Alexander and flies outside. The sun has set. He leaves Alexander a few miles from the mountain under a rock face to block out any light when the morning comes. Rakyu returns to his fortress and cloaks it in a red and black aura, obscuring it from sight*

*Alexander passes out*

*Rakyu remains in his castle*
[maybe this is a good place to stop. Next, I suppose the other characters will find Alexander or something. It's a good transition, me thinks. It's up to you, though]

(i was thinking the same thing. unfortunately a couple of the other rpers disappeared. so there's only three of us now.)

[yeah, one of 'em deleted her account. idk if she'll return, maybe someday. she kinda regrets it. oh well. it was @bubble love that did it. eh, it's fine :3]

(her and xem. it's been awhile since i got an email from xem. idk if i should keep her listed on the sign-up flyer, incase she comes back. i sadly never even got to list bubble.)

[hmm.... keep her on, just incase... maybe you can send her an email or something... idk, but she'll come back, i think]

(me and xem have been sending emails back and forth. but recently it's been rare to get a reply from her. but i hope her and bubble come back. cuz yall are my favorite people. you, and xem, and bubble, and phantom memory :3 yall joined my rp)

(i know i asked you before if you wanted to have another oc in the rp for when Rakyu wouldnt be around. and you said no because your ocs' powers were what made them special. but i wanna have everyone who's currently around to be present in the next part, and idk if you wanna use Rakyu again, but if not do you wanna borrow one of my spare ocs? i have TONS of ocs that need dusting off.)

[hmm... i dun feel comfortable using others' ocs. i feel like i'd get their personality wrong. i'll be fine. Rakyu might throw them an obsticle like he said to mess with them. i could control some mutated beasts/monsters maybe]

(shrug if you really want to alright then. but all those ocs were made just because i was feeling creative and never had personalities. though i was gunna give some of em away but i didnt feel comfertable parting with them...)

(especially cuz i hardly use em, if at all, but im afraid if i give em away people wont use them as much as they do their own)
