Dads will be dads -- the a.sshole type. We either put up with it or watch karma take it's course. Mine is the same in a way but his age is catching up to him and honestly...at times I feel bad for him.

This might sound cliche, but cheer up, work harder and achieve something. It doesn't have to be anything big, but at least you could tell your dad that you're not a faillure...
OR show him your Colors gallery! You have so many fans/supporters and you draw pretty good stuff. You can tell your dad (or at least yourself) that you're not a faillure.
Reaching week's best is really hard and you seem to do it every week. (I never did)
