Design trade. Sorry if I over did this, and I've never drawn a Fu dog before, but it's fun.
It's based off a male Mandarin duck, But It's true gender is up to you. Feel free to change anything you want. I added eastern dragon horns. The writing on the ball it's holding mean "Protector", at least I think it does. I also have an idea that it has the power to change into a jade statue at any time it wants. Hope it's okay! If it doesn't meet your expectations, let me know! Thank you.

WOW this guy is really cool! I absolutely adore Mandarin ducks, awesome idea to make a fu dog out of one :D That bell collar is a wonderful touch, too! Thank you so much for the lovely design, I can tell I'm going to have lots of fun drawing this character in the future! <3
