-sorry for any confusion w/ the rules, (reworded):
to get the kiro/dractyl enter a comment and the owner is selected at random, however since kiros(m) is wanted by quite a few, it is now a draw to adopt

Ana- don't worry, entries for the first kiros are due the 19th-
and since it has become a d.t.a, it's technically a seperate adoption, so if someone who enters for the kiros also does the d.t.a, then someone may have a chance of getting both
but w/ all the entries, I doubt it will be the case
