[Postponed Two]
So I found out a few months ago that there are sometimes Weekly Challenges. I was going to enter and try to finish this as quick as possible, but it just wasn't happening. xD

Also, I was going to draw the Doctor/TARDIS from Doctor Who, but instead I decided to do Silver the Hedgehog from Sonic '06 instead (and yes, I've played the game). Also, I would've put Tele-, but I liked Psycho- more.
