I had no idea either. I always for some reason colored Kat a darker shade of blue. Also on some occasions I color her horns (I think) diffrently. The one on my Pokemon X is shiny too. She may not seem shiny but she is. I won't start adding sparkles on her but I'm thinking about officially changing her horns. i have OBTAINED many many many shinies from trades over the years. But the only ones i have caught MYSELF are:
(in order)
Patrat (black)
Basculin (B)
Gotharita (B)
Geodude (Diamond)
Combee (X)
Galvantula (X, friend safari)
-of course i got Shiny Gible on B2 and Red Gyarados on SS, but i don't count them in.
and i traded off the combee cuz it was a male, and i traded it for a SHINY GRENINJA! (idk what the other guy was thinking)
