Neo Lightwave is from my series NiGHTS DEFENDER OF DREAMS.
He used to be 9 gold medalist in acrobatics one nightopia game he was gonna get his 10th gold medal to support his country but then he crashed and lost his 10th medal. The team's captain [VENDETTA] got mad at him and locked Neo up below the stadium and never returned. They say he huants the Nightopia games stadium when the neon lights are turned on.
