This painting, desighned as a #web brings up some good questions. When I loog at this #painting I wonder "What even IS #art ?" Who are we, as #humans to #judge the standerds of what #beauty is? What matters isn't all the #likes or #followers (those things are nice though), it's the #record of the #artist .
The Colors! Gallery moderators will look at it as soon as possible.

When I see, I know that what I see is not there. Saying what I I see, and what is there is the same thing, is like saying the man I see on tv, and the tv man in real life are the same thing.
Just the same as the man on tv is a television illusion, conscience is an illusion.

So, to answer your question, we as humans with unique disillusions as to how we perceive 'art', conditioned by various variables including, but not limited to culture, weather, neural chemistry, health, are able to make oscillating judgements on the quality of art.
