For an rp I'm doing with a Hater rper (I play Peepers), we needed a villain that beat him. I sketched some villain ideas, then she picked one for the villain and one for the minions.

She thought of his personality, he's a snarky, older overlord, who looks down on Hater because of his age. And I chose to make it so he stays calm when he's angry, which enrages Hater even more.
