Electric #Pokemon are like the complete opposite to Normal for me. All the really cool ones are in the later generations.
Well, that's my opinion.

Every one of the Genie Pokemon, however, looks better in their Therian Forme, that's a fact.
Eelektross is also way cooler when it's not floating in the air, thank you very much, X and Y.
