Duna Thunder (Young Adult) IV by SoulShaderDraws
Man this was hard to make...Anyway Here it is!
Duna Uses a Thunder Bolt to attack targets from long range, and paralizing them. With enough force it can cut threw objects. When Clouds are somened anyone with the Lightning element can fly on them. Backing that up she also uses the Nature element to grow,clone and heal living things.

Awesome, her chibi maybe looks a bit too fat, but I love how you give information about them (which make me want to make flipnotes so badly!)

Chibis are supposed to be skinny and chubby, not fat.

OHH Now I see it! LOL it reminds me of the crows in Naruto, the ones that always say 'Aho!' (which means idiot in Japanese)
:) Haha yeah, Mark Crilley did a tutorial last week on how to draw chibi Hatsune Miki. You should watch that if you have trouble drawing chibis again.
