What do I do?! This is all driving me insane!

i try my best to not listen to it and block it out w/ music :/ and also txt my firends irl or the ones on wattpad i suggest talking to jaysportal his so nice :3 and understands 2 ^^

Drink some water and eat some ice, listen to some music (with headphones), and as for the dreams well...My best suggestion is to find a dreamcatcher in the near future.

I always listen to music but sometimes it seems the voices are echoing in my head. At random times there'll even be static or a muffled song I can't recognize.

I had a dreamcatcher but I'm not sure what happened to it. I've told my parents about seeing thing and hearing these voices but I don't think they believe me and shrug it off as trying to get attention. Attention is the last thing I want. DX< I-I just can't take holding in all my emotions. My heart feels like it's about to burst! D'X>

I'm pretty energeticlly sensitive to stuff but I'm not sure if any of this is linked to that or not.

It very well could be. From the sounds of things. For whatever reason, your sensitivity could've heightened. I'm a sensitive, so i just thought i might suggest what it sounded like to me xP

Yah you're probably right Mel.

They can probably tell you're a sensitive and are trying to reach out, because they know you can sense them.

I wouldn't consider myself a sensitive, but if there is any drastic change in atmosphere I can feel it, like if there was another presence with me (whether I can or can't see them). I also seem to have a lot of premonitorious (?) dreams o-o.

When I was younger I was that way. Though now with all the energy stuff going on in my house, my sensitivity seems to have hightened.

I understand that. It's a scary thought. But unless you're aggresively attacked, i wouldn't worry too much. And if it's really becoming a bother, you can do cleansings.

There is this spirit, I swear to god there is, in my grandmother's house but only in her bedroom. The atmosphere in her bedroom is so...Dense, and different, that I don't like to go in there alone and I'm 17 yrs old! But even being in there with somebody is scary. She's had some activity happen, her clocks were changed, same things happened when I lived there for a few years. Her husband experienced someone sitting on the bed when he was the only one there. But no harm has come to her.

I swear I'm reaching my breaking point! Ever since we moved 2 years ago to the house I live in now weird things have happened to me. Just tonight when was watching the stars in my backyard with my brother I heard a soft voice call me name. My brother said he heard a murmur but not the actual voice. I thought it was mom until I went and asked if she called me. *shivers* Somethings wrong with me. I just don't know what.
