the bloodmother was the first being to be created by the gods. she began to cry of loneliness, however, and as her tears fell, they created beautiful red dragons. some fell strange, and became wyverns, others mixed with the earth to become humans and flightless creatures, and some tears shot into the sky and became sylphs or demons.

she has a half-dragon knight she has blessed and adopted. he lives alongside her in an immense cave beneath the capital of the dragon realm.
