There are two Ghost Lord jackets left, cofigrigus of sloth and Dusclops of Envy. As a lieutenant you can choose your own jacket, if it's a ghost type it just can't be the same style as the ghost lord jackets. Like you can have gengar but it can't look like the ghost lord gengar.
