It's pretty much an all female cast. (since the creator ZUN can't draw guys) Speaking of ZUN, he does everything in Touhou BY HIMSELF. The plots, the programming, the characters and in game art, the (AMAZING) music, ALL OF IT.
(except in the Touhou Project Fighting Games, Twilight Frontier helped him on those)
