You could just have Sawk only. That would be easier. I don't mind if you have both Sawk and Throh, they're Mediums.
Strongs are like Full evo starters, Dragons (Dragonite, Salamence etc.) and Larger stronger pokemon like Pangoro and Slaking.
Med's are like Sawk, Lucario, Eeveelutions etc.
