Mekakucity actors was originally a string of vocaloid songs about three years ago by a guy names Jin (Shizen no Teki-P). It became so popular that a manga series was created, than light novels, than the anime. This is Kano's song Yobanashi Decieve.

i dont know anything about kagepo but i like this drawing but the shading on the hair i kinda dont like but im just being picky again but i do like the face alot

No dude, people like different things. I happen to like this type of shading more than just individual colors, and you should know Kagepro because I showed you a song from it. Kagerou Daze
