The less harmless glitches he sort of befriends which benefits him in terms of offense.
Basically the whole plot of the game [which is called Entity] is a sci-fi/supernatural RPG. You become one with the game. The scary part: there are ways to actually be ki.lled in the game. Once ki.lled the deceased player becomes part of the program or becomes a malicious virus.
