Here ya go. #Ciphercontest
Personality: cold, pychopathic, slightly stubborn, and silent.
Story: When Rin was a child, he only lived with his mother and older brother. He wasn't the social type and tended to stay away from people. At home, he spend time with his brother who taught him the world of pokemon. His brother was a pokemon scientist, and sometimes he'll come home late. One day, his brother gave Rin his eevee as a gift, and said, "Take care of him, 'kay?". (continued in comments)

With that, he left and later died in a rockslide when he was researching fossils in a cave. These news shocked Rin, and went into depression. Rin started to reject eevee 'cause it reminded him of his brother. Which made eevee sad, and lonely. However, this eevee still followed Rin around.
While strolling his way home, Rin was attacked by wild pokemon. He didn't know what to do, he had no pokemon to fight. Only eevee came and protect him, but was fatally injuried in the process. Rin took eevee to a nearby pokecenter and swore to never reject a pokemon again. Rin accepted eevee and learned to be a pokemon trainer. He showed eevee much affection, which made eevee evolve into a Sylveon.
Now, Rin wanders to various regions, exploring new pokemon. However, because of Rin's beliefs, he often strays into the wrong path without knowing.

ohhhhh i see >:O awesome team btw! lots of intimidating pkmn dB> oh, and if Rin does get in the series, would you mind if i show some of his pokemon in pre-evolved form early in the comic..?.. so he wouldn't be that OP x'D
