The head looks wonderful, the light effects, and the eyes, and the head shape, perfect!

That coloring is just wonderful, I love how it looks like his belly is glowing.
I wonder though what his hair would have looked like if his spine glowed though? 6w9
The front claws are very nicely drawn, I appreciate how fast you were able to draw your idea.
My only problem is it seems you were struggling a little with the back leg. The claw is smaller and looks further away than the one beside it. Unless if you were trying to make it appear that way, it's a little hard to tell because the front claws were the same size.
However, this is a wonderful concept for my dragon, and I love your own ideas you incorporated into him! XD
