anubismon gaurd the dark area and keep watch for deleted digimon data (wether their life span ended or they died in battle), they serve as the digital worlds judge, they have the power to determin the rebirth of a digimon, if the digimon data was good, they will be reborn as digi-eggs again, but if evil they are trapped in eternal darkness

this digimon must be pretty f*cking important to actually be the one to judge wether the digimon is reborn or not..so if pyro and wolf died, it would be anubismon's choice whether the two come back as digi eggs or have their data locked away in darkness forever...d*mn...
