Here is a reference to who is really Risk. The transformation to werehog only happens in new moon and full moon. Inker pain is just his mask, because Risk tends to spill blood everywhere. His powers have to do with futhark letter ruling or a chaos Emerald. His boots are only for a lighter running. The gloves are for climbing.
