It is anime-like, except the shading is alot more detailed on the face than most anime styles I've seen. I'd say Ruth is an anime/your unique style/western style hybrid c:

I agree with Mayram seeing I watch a lot. It reminds me of Western crossed with Fooly Cooly.

The colors are great, the hair isgreat... it's great. One piece of advice would be to make the cheek area go down straight a little bit longer before turning into the chin curve.
