If you play the Adventure time games and read the comics it tells you hints she's real.In one game you battle an Ice version of Fionna.And in another game in the credits,Ice queen and Fionna fade in.So she is real.

I haven't played any of the games, but whoa. Seriously? That so awesome. Adventure Time just became more awesome. Leaving these little hints behind like this.
