Does everyone want to have full creative control with their pokemon and uniforms? I was against it cuz Grunts (in pokemon games) all have the same uniform, just like any real-life originization that has uniforms, but alot of you redesign it anyway and some of you stick to it, do ALL of you want to create your own? You leave that option as a reward when you get promoted? I want this "promotions" thing to have SOME kind of reward. As for the Pokemon teams, i don.t really care what your team is like, i just dont want people being over-powerful, Like 4-6 Tank 'mons or Legends blowing everything up. I wanted to make guide-lines so that wouldn't happen but now i think it's selfish and stup'id. I want everyone to have fun, and i want to have some kind of order at the same time....*Sigh*

I think the rules you've set up (about teams, promotions, uniforms, etc) are fair and make sense. They definitely provide the sort of structure a group/team of this type needs. It's my opinion that the uniform personalization (along with a stronger team of pokemon) is a very good reward for being promoted. I know some people won't be satisfied with these rules, but that is only a reason for them not to be a part of this, and not a reason for you to change things. You're doing a great job as leader and I hope you continue things as they are. You're not being selfish or st.upid at all; you're organ.izing and uniting a large group of people. This is something that requires rules and regulations to keep it clean and classy, otherwise it's just a bunch of people with somewhat similar art. Anyway, long story short, I like the way you're currently running things--don't change it!

I guess people want to look unique so they did that. And the other stuff isnt strict at all! im sure people will be okay with having some med/weak mons considering alot of them are grunts.

I think you're being a great leader. I think one thing you should allow though is, if a grunt has been on the team for a long time, they should be allowed stronger pokemon even as a grunt.

true, but that dosen't mean your a boring, bad boss. but to be honest, your very good at your job.(which is fun and i'll also be sitting around in HQ, but i'll also playing Sonic Adventure 2 battle due to the lazy side of my personality.) and i sometimes do a pirate's eccent perfectly, but i don't do it that much, cap'n.
