For now I'm just going to call them Owlimonks, because they're basically a mix of owl and monkey. XD I could draw a guide and make them an open species if you like!

It wouldn't make much of a diirrerence at all. Lemurs are primates, just the same as monkies.

There's a lot of lemurs too. They could be marmoset/owls then, because that's basically what I had in mind. Owlisets?
